Reference images for the tone and feeling of the settings.  It's bleak but beautiful, reflected through the barren trees contrasted with sunsets that span across the wide horizon line.  It should be a rural to suburban town - low to middle class.  Homes, strip mall and the car wash are unkept.  Some almost dilapitated.
